    History:
    Potentially late-medieval claustral house of the immunity of St Peter's. Rebuilt in 1630, around 1660 and in the 18th century, creating a complex of wings around a courtyard with a stair tower. The eight-window building has one storey and a gabled roof. In its present form, the front facade dates from the early 18th century and has chequered bars above the windows. The first-floor windows have six-pane sash windows from the 19th century. Simple, classicist door frame. Interior: vaulted cellars, 18th-century entrance porch, 17th-century interior façade and staircase, attics with sockets and children's beams, partly 15th-century, partly 17th-century roof construction, rooms with fireplaces and stucco ceilings from the 18th century and early 19th century.

    Layout ground floor: communal entrance and letterbox. Spacious central hall, the floor consists of large 17th century white marble tiles, beautiful wall and ceiling paintings. Stairs to first floor, corridor to 2nd staircase to 2nd floor. Shared landing (with 1 neighbour), indoor storage room with central HR CV-combi installation (2016).

    Entrance flat 2nd floor: entrance, cloakroom, spacious living room (the ridge is about 4.6 metres high, this creates a lot of space and light through the high placed skylights).
